Pre-blended cementitious powder mixtures, containing selected hard aggregates, special cements and compatible chemical admixtures. They are used to create very durable topping of monolithic concrete floors, called ARMOURED CONCRETE FLOORS (ACF). After usual fitting of the concrete slab the powder is sprinkled on the fresh wet concrete surface. Repeated power trowelling forms smooth and tough surface with natural slip resistance. The floor topping additionally provides increased resistance to the penetration of oil and grease. These floors are extensively used in production and warehouses plants, workshops, shopping centres and generally everywhere, where loadable flooring system with durable surface is required.

Before the application the liquid part of synthetic binder should be mixed. Its mixture with aggregate based on coloured or natural quartz sand gives a compound for screed layer. Clear solvent or water based solutions for curing, sealing and optionally for additional hardening of fresh laid or existing concrete surfaces. They are used as final technological step after placing the concrete, typically as final coat of ARMOURED CONCRETE FLOORS (ACF) after their power trowelling.

They are in form of semi-finished product � dry compound, which should be mixed with specified amount of water prior to their application. They are used either as inner or surface layers reducing permeability and protecting concrete structures so as coatings unifying the colour of concrete structures surfaces. An exceptional product is ROADBEX, which is used for road markings at various substrates in exteriors or interiors. Typical properties of PANBEX coatings are excellent adhesion and abrasiveness, by coatings for exterior use even frost and weather resistance.

PANBEX Design Floor is a system of mineral cementitious self-leveling floors with a wide range of colors and surface treatment methods, which gives the possibility to combine impressively inconspicuous, simple lines and larger expressible elements, but it also sets a new direction for self-leveling floors. It is a system of products especially design for use in commercial and residential buildings.

Group of cementitious non-shrink grouts, formulated as cement based dry compounds containing graded quartz aggregates and compatible refined admixtures. They form an integrated system of products for grouting of construction components in various thickness, workability and hardening time. An exceptional position among these products occupies PANBEX G8 � super fluid grout for machine grouting. Before the application the grout powder should be mixed with appropriate amount of water. This mixture gives cementitious grout with excellent workability, good adhesion to the substrate and specific mechanical strengths, which are optimal for the particular purpose.

Group of cementitious repair mortars formulated as cement based dry compounds containing graded quartz aggregates and compatible refined admixtures. Two lines � standard and sulphates resistant form complete systems for repairs of damaged concrete surfaces in various thicknesses under current conditions or even in aggressive environment i.e. in sewerage plants. Before the installation dry mortar powder should be mixed with appropriate amount of water. This mixture gives cementitious mortar with excellent workability and adhesion to the substrate so as exceptional mechanical strengths.
