REACH is a new European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use (EC) No. 1907/2006. It deals with the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances.

We would like to inform you that PANBEX Company as producer of chemical preparations is DOWNSTREAM USER in terms of the relevant definition in this regulation.

Chemical substances, which are used as inputs for our production, are purchased from EC based suppliers that are responsible for their registration.

Our own registration of the substances that are involved in our chemical products is not necessary.

We keep mutual exchange of information with our suppliers; all data are utilized for our Material Safety Data Sheets that are elaborated in accordance with the above-mentioned regulation.

We declare that we fulfil all obligations resulting from the regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 /ES.
