Due to ongoing economic turbulence, the Board of Directors of PANBEX Region a.s. has elected to switch its Ukrainian market sales model from that of a wholly-owned subsidiary to one of an exclusive distributorship.

As of October 2009, Vival Group L.L.C. has become PANBEX’s exclusive representative in the Ukrainian market for all of PANBEX’s products as well as for after-sales service and technical consultations.

The management of PANBEX Region has full confidence in the Vival Group, its management and that this commercial arrangement will facilitate the on-going presence of PANBEX products in the Ukraine. PANBEX’s ultimate aim is to participate in the inevitable future growth of the country’s construction chemicals market as a leading supplier.
